Jim and Michelle's Wedding

I got a new sister-in-law and niece today! Jim and Michelle got married in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. It was a beautiful sealing and I was so happy to have been there. It was REALLY windy when we came out which made pictures difficult interesting. We found a little spot on the side with some protection from the sun and wind and were able to get some good shots. Since Jessica Willis was doing the official pictures, I mostly just took pictures of my family/kids waiting for their turn in front of the lens. Here's the 'behind the scenes' day in photos. (Warning: there's WAY too many pictures in this post.)

When we were done at the temple, we went over to Kim and Justin Walker's house and spent most of the afternoon with them. Kim and I were pregnant at the same time and she had her little girl, Navie, only 2 days before I had Tori. They are both so big now! Kim has a new little girl, Harlow, who is only a few weeks old. It was so much fun to see them!

Fun with the Slack Line

Ryan has a slack line and he set it up when we were at the lake for our picnic. I usually don't get on it, they made it look so easy, so I gave it a try. Turns out it's easier said than done.

More from the 4th

Here's more pictures of our 4th of July weekend at the beach...
Even when you are 28 years old, it's still funny to put things in your brother's ear.
Here's Tori all snuggled up with her bag of chips.
I LOVE hot dogs cooked over a fire. Pretty much one of my favorite things about summer.
The kids wanted to fish, so my dad found some sticks, tied some string and hooks on the end. They caught so many fish!
Good thing Ryan was around to help Tyler. He loved catching all those fish.
Nicole's first fish of the day.
Tyler's first fish of the day.
Tori's fish jumped off the hook. She was a little nervous about picking it up and putting it back in the water.

4th of July Weekend

My whole family is here!! We went to Lincoln City, OR for the weekend and I have never laughed so much in my life. Here's our weekend in pictures:
(These are all my brothers' bellies. I won't say which is which. They liked our menu for the week)
Ben tried surfing ( I wasn't there to witness it so there aren't any pictures.) I think he was glad for the wetsuit. Brrr...
Jason didn't have a wetsuit. He was so cold when he got out of the water that the kids had to bury him in the sand so the hot sand could warm him up. The sand was so hot that it was burning our feet. He was completely red when he finally got out of his sandy bed.

Big surprise. Jason's cold again. David and Sara seem fine though. :-)
 I love my brothers.

Jason buried his feet in the sand and got himself completely stuck. It was pretty funny.
I love how short Jason looks since he's buried in sand. It make me look extra tall.
Tyler buried himself and acted like he was sitting in a chair.
Tyler was the only one brave enough to go out on the surfboard with Ryan. He loved it!
Then Tori got sand in her eye and we had to go home.
